Trash blowing in the parking lot. The guys getting the carts on Thursday afternoon were taking trash out of the carts and throwing on the ground. The parking lot is a mess. So gross. Inside of the store how ever was much better. They actually had some good things to pick from.

Like everyone else that goes into a Home Depot there’s like no employees around if you need help and the ones you find they either “too busy” or run away when they see you 😅 This is my local Home Depot so I kind of know what I’m walking into and the kind of “customer service” I’m going to get but surprisedly today at the self check out the lady was SUPER helpful. The time I was trying to pay was missing the barcode, instead of take me out of the line and make me go look for another one, she took the time to look it up and get the price for it and was also very friendly and approachable by other customers while still helping. Forgot her name but will make sure I’ll find out. She gets 5+ stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I gave the store 3 stars cause of her other wise they would got ONE 😏

When I go to home Depot I usually find things on my own cause prior coming to this location for the last 10 years their customer service wasn't really at the top of its game when you used to ask an associate for direction of help they used to gesture and point to locations, like always over there always over there never specifically telling you exactly where items would be now I know the store isn't that huge so I know that if you're working in the store for an approximate amount of time you more or less have a configuration of where items are as I navigate through the store, like I said love this store customer service is bad they could have a bit more compassion for customers cuz like they always say they rely on their customers for sale I hope this helps take care God bless and have a great day 🙏🙏👍

Lazy workers here. I was asking help to find a cabinet which i told them was in stock as what the home depot app and website has showed me, an associate checked out the aisles with me and after not finding it their, just tells me that they dont have it without even giving an effort to check why homedepot website says they have in stock. Very disappointed with the workers here, they dont care if you drove far just for that item and just tells you that they dont have it.
