A week ago my special order furniture arrived. I was so excited. The 2 delivery men unwrapped the couch and chair. Sadly, one pillow back had something spilled on it and another had a very noticable and lengthy place where the packing rubbed and damaged another pillow back. Pictures were taken by myself and the delivery person. He sent texts and said I would be contacted by a representative in 24 to 48 hours. Its week 7 day and nothing. Be aware and be warned, Crate and Barrel does not act in good faith.

Worst curbside pickup and customer service. Waited 15 minutes then I called the store and still took another 15 minutes to get someone out to my and had to give them my name and order number! While I waited I had gotten 2 texts from Walmart about my pickup order scheduled later that evening. Definitely won't be recommending Crate & Barrel to anyone. Oh also tried the chat and the bot didn't even answer!

We bought a table 18 months ago, and it now has stains in the top. The main problem though is their customer service. I went in to The Kierland store, they were all helpful and said someone will contact me. Nothing in three weeks. Two weeks ago I asked for help on line and C&B are hiding behind the message that "Due to to high volume, we are experiencing longer than average response times". With this kind of after sales support I'm not happy at all.
