We are regulars at this pink berry and always love it, normally have great service. We had decent service from one employee but a new employee was working today and was not nice seemed to not be trained very well. She filled up a large half way with frozen yogurt and after we asked for more she continued to weight the yogurt and said it was the right amount, her manager or other associate I think named savannah came out to fill the rest of the order and they were normally filled. The untrained employee dismissed what was asked. Hate to complain but it was a waste of money today sadly.

First off, I absolutely Love Pink Berry! Pink Berry has amazing quality and flavored frozen yogurt! Never ever had an issues with the taste of the yogurt and anything else I have bought which is why I keep coming back regularly. But lately I can honestly say I dread going inside to place an order. The staff at the River location are NEVER friendly, rude, never smile, they act like they are absolutely miserable, I feel like I am a burden by coming in and asking for them to make me something. I understand people have bad days, but don’t take it out on people who have done nothing to you. A smile even if forced goes a long way!

The yogurt was good, but not nearly good enough to deal with the extremely rude employee that we dealt with. I’m pretty sure her name was Kathy, or some other name that starts with a “K”. She appeared to be in let late 50’s or early 60’s. We had three adults and four kids with us, and I was trying to figure out what everyone wanted so I could order. This employee literally told me to hurry up. We’ve never been here, and we had been at the counter for maybe 2 minutes. She rolled her eyes every time I told her what we told her which yogurt we wanted. Then, she sighed and rolled her eyes literally every time I told her which toppings my kids wanted, as if it was just SO inconvenient for her to reach for a topping, which is also a part of her job. Once we got to the cash register, we had two separate orders so we wanted to split it. She said “I’m sorry, I don’t know how to do that and I have other people to help so you’re going to have to just do one transaction”. Well... ok I guess? The entire interaction was just insane. I didn’t say anything to her because I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but from the looks of these other reviews, other people have had to deal with her as well and it hasn’t been pleasant for them either.

The frozen yogurt here is really good! Kathy served me and my friend and she was an absolute delight to talk to. This experience stood out the most out of my experiences at pinkberry before. She explained everything and then I chose to get the flavor of the month (cranberry & orange) with mochi and mango popping boba, it was SO good! Definitely recommend this location!
