First my father and I went in to get a couple of window screens rebuilt from scratch due to ours being totally ruined. My father took very precise measurements (he used to be a carpenter/ custom home builder so his measuring tape skills are on point. After dropping off the measurements to the staff they said no problem, we will have them done within 3-4 bussiness days. Okay thats a reasonable timeframe. But after a week went by I made a call to "Do it Best" and they stated that they have not even started framing them because they said "we weren't sure about the measurements you gave us".... Okay, then why wasn't their a courtesy call to inform us as to why they were taking to so long. Long story short after I called a second time, once again they said that the window screen guy hasn't started them. I obviously complained about their service and lack of communication and low and behold I got a phone call the very next day saying they were finished. hmmmm go figure. Got them home and just as I thought the screens were not built to the measurements we gave them. They still fit, but we're very lose in the window frame. Now today we had a sliding screen door re-screened due to our puppy running through the slider door and ruining the screen. Just got home with the screen door to find out how sloppy of a job they did. Each corner has excess screen hanging out, I mean this place is never busy so I don't know why their quality of work has been so poor. Won't be bringing any more bussiness to them again. Do your self a favor and maybe take your home projects to either Lowes or Home Depot, or just Google it yourself and teach yourself how to perform the task at hand.
