The food was delicious but takes some time to get in late at night. Which is understandable with the amount of people they had inside. They had very considerate person asking here and there about our food and drinks. Enjoyable at the very least.

Went on Father’s Day. The waiter was rude. We brushed it off because he was probably a Dad that had to work on that day. One of my daughters mac n cheese was cold so we asked if he could please microwave it a little for us. He said no problem. Brought the macaroni and cheese back and it was colder than before and the plate was freezing cold. I asked to speak to the manager, he said the plate was put in the oven for 5 mins. I said the plate is freezing cold he said oh that’s because we keep our plates in the refrigerator. That’s when he insulted my intelligence and I wasn’t having it. You don’t bring a plate out of the oven freezing cold to the touch! I will never go back to this location. They didn’t not take accountability for what they did which I’m sure was put the plate in the freezer instead of the oven because they were annoyed. Who ever the Manager is made excuses instead of apologizing and looking into the incident. Never again!

We ordered food for takeout for my son's birthday dinner. We arrived to 20 minutes early but went in anyway just to check. The food was ready. Unfortunately when we got at home it was already cold. The celery and carrots that were supposed to come with our order were missing. The wings themselves were dried out and almost inedible, as if they've been kept under heat lamp for an extended period of time. If that wasn't bad enough, all three of us suffered from diarrhea the next day. This is not the quality of food I have come to expect from Buffalo wild wings. It definitely negatively affected my son's birthday. I am a very unhappy customer.

I went to pick up my order and all the food was cold and barely had any sauce on it. The boxes where all damaged as if they where dropped
