I first encountered Jesse when I called in response to an ad for tires and other repairs for my car. Jesse was informative, suggesting several options to address my needs. My car was serviced today. When I arrived, Jesse went over every detail with me to maximize service while remaining within my very specific, strict budget allotment. Everything was done as agreed. Additionally, the mechanics were able to go above and beyond my wildest expectations! They were able to identify a problem with the engine and complete the repair without extensive, additional expense. I definately plan to use Big O Tires in the future and shall recommend my friends and family to Big O Tires for their auto needs. Thank you Jesse, for your knowledge and more so, your patience!

Needed an oil change with the quickness and Jessie Leal made it happen. With a last minute request during the rush, Jessie got me in and out as fast as possible. Great, friendly service. Even gave an extra hard look because I was selling the vehicle.
