ATM machine took my cash and stopped working while i was making a deposit, that was a day ago and i still have not been contacted about it and the money is still not in my account

The people at the bank are fine but when you have to call for anything related to debit card be ready to wait a long long time. I’m reporting a fraud on my card and it took twenty minutes for a person to get on the phone only to transfer me…on hold again for a long time. A few weeks ago I called them from a car dealer to up my debit use for 24 hours to purchase a car. It took over an hour. This is ridiculous. I come home from work, I noticed a fraudulent purchase and I’m on hold for an hour. I’m starving and need to shower.

Tbh I've been going to this bank to just for work. And I've gotta say great pll here. Even with a bunch of paperwork and stuff they will really help ya if u just honest and let them know what u need. Def a good "branch" I think they call it. And the young lady by the drive thru always nice.

i love this place , but my concern is what happen to me yesterday, (may 18)i was trying to get some cash to ATM machine, but the guy using the leaf blower is doesn’t care the costumer, he never stop blowing the leaf and dust!!!!i wish i can put the video here, took from my CP!!
