Customer Service is absolutely 💯 unhelpful. They don't update thier tracking on time and then don't deliver on time. Very disappointing as I liked UPS before.

If I could give zero stars I would! I am absolutely furious to the point were I just bought the Amazon membership just so I don’t have to deal with this sorry excuse of a company ever again! Back in 2019 and before I used to get all my packages no issues, I don’t know what happened at the start of 2020 to make this company not care about their customers anymore. As of last year my packages have not been arriving, I have had to go pick it up at the warehouse on multiple occasions. My last packages were marked as “undeliverable” due to incorrect address, I called customer service and they assured me my address was valid in their system so I assumed they just couldn’t find my address. I reordered my packages and created very detailed delivery instructions and clarified my address was correct. I was expecting 3 packages this week, none arrived. I was so furious I went on Yelp to check if there was other people in my situation and come to find out that Yelp if full of the same stories. All this time I was thinking I was the problem and come to find out they don’t deliver the packages just because they don’t feel like it! They don’t even read the delivery instructions, they just don’t even put in the effort to deliver at all, I’m done with UPS and I will make sure to let everyone know just how unprofessional this company is, and to not do business with them!

I need to report a positive change in delivery service from this facility. The two drivers in the past year have been a blessing. I provided feedback to this facility in person about two years ago. This feedback was critical and specific and emotional. The change in how they deliver for the safety of all involved is remarkable. This must be good management and great staff at all levels. The change is noted it is good and exceptional. Way to go UPS Ceres!

I sent a package on monday and it was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday the 11th and then on the 12th,and then was told today.and still not there.The packages I sent wednesday got there today when they were suppose too.there was 3 of them,

Call 1-800-PICK-UPS with your tracking number & they should be Abbott to help you.

If my package was Ceres, CA, United States 03/06/2018 4:46 A.M. Destination Scan 03/06/2018 2:47 A.M. Arrival Scan why is it not out for delivery & can I pick it up there?

It may be at the building u never know if they had weather delay or something but should be out for delivery u may get it today or tomorrow not sure sorry good luck hope it arrives soon

Package says delivered but was not delivered to my house. How do I get my package and why is it that the Ceres ups is always delivering to the wrong house? Do you only hire people who can’t read and follow directions?

Today is 6/11. The tracking says it arrived in Ceres May 17. Why has it not been delivered.

Ceres is the local UPS Hub. Modesto does not have one so the Ceres Hub serves Modesto also and surrounding areas...

The drivers are usually ready once their truck(s) are completely loaded up, which is typically around 8:30-9am. Depending on the # of packages each delivery driver has, it can take anywhere from 8-10 hours for them to deliver all packages...Hope tht helps out! ;-)
