This location doesn’t honor Burger King promotions or ads. Their prices are consistently higher that what’s on tv (in the same location) social media etc. Went to the drive thru with the “$5 your way meal” ad right on my phone and they said “no it’s $6…” like I’m looking right at it! Just cause you don’t honor the advertising doesn’t mean I’m wrong.

Burger King has gone down hill as of late. It's like they know they're on their way out so they don't care. If you find a good BK stick with it. This particular location had some rude teenage girl working the drive thru window. Not only could she not make correct change, but proceeded to flip me off when I corrected her about it. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty and she barely spoke english. I took my food and haven't been to that location since. I go to the one on Raintree inside Walmart. That's a good consistant BK.

Can't recall the last time at a Burger King. 20 years back? Dining area 4 stars. Speed 4 stars, quality 5 stars, parking good, food appeal 3 stars, personality/ atmosphere- zero stars. If it is obvious you are there for the first time they have one chance as to how 1st impression will be. I made the mistake of asking for ketchup and then napkins. I guess the manager gave me napkins. After she said what she said, I felt like asking, how many times do you have to make a good first impression? I said nothing and felt it would not be heard. The Mocha iced coffee was not bad but almost all ice. Maybe 2 or 3 ounces of coffee. The small fish sandwich was nicely put together and little taste same for small burger. Tiny fries were okay. During my time in their dining room no one else ate inside. If they had said one word as I was leaving there would have been a remote chance I might ever return.

The service was fast and friendly. The food was hot. My Coke was cold and had great flavor. My Whopper Jr was tiny but was yummy. The men's bathroom was clean. What cost this place a star was when I dropped my straw under the booth the baseboard was very dirty. Perhaps the planter from outside was leaking in. But someone needs to clean under there.
