The store is very well stocked, clean, and all the critters seem very loved! Every time I pop in for supplies there are always a few enthusiasts having a chat with an employee. Everyone at this store is just so kind and knowledgeable it’s hard to just grab what you need and go! It’s definitely a fun and trustworthy place for pets and their needs (:

the tanks are super well taken care of, so much passion in this place. the worker let us hold some of the snakes and was super friendly to me and my friends. if you're in the area I would 10/10 recommend.

Not only is this a place I love to shop at but I really love the atmosphere of this place. The enclosures are set up beautifully, wide variety of pets to choose and the employees are down to earth. Of all the shops in Phx this is hands down my favorite one. I highly recommend!

I have only came here strictly for feeders and clean-up crews. They have a great selection of feeders, but their prices are higher than the feeders I buy online. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem like they take care of their pets well, but I have never purchased one from them. They have a variety of tanks, lighting & accessories as well. Purchased two nice pieces of wood from them that my beardie enjoys. Overall, they are expensive, but I enjoy supporting a small company. Worth the price!

We don't sell fish. We're currently out of Mantids but we get them from time to time.
I believe they feed their snakes Frozen thawed Mice/rats
Useally you can go to thier fb and see what they have because they upload pictures everyday day
They have both
They sell them and there like 80 bucks and up when last I was in the store
I do not believe they take in sick pets. As they are not a vet. There are exotic vets you can go to, for example Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital located in Mesa. They may have other locations. Went there for my Sailfin, they were helpful and was very nice people. I would suggest Google Map searching "Exotic veterinarian near me"
