Masks and distance.
Novato builders will deliver, but there is a delivery fee if under a certain amount. If I were you I would ask a friend or hire someone to pick up the plywood for you if you don't have a vehicle to accommodate the sheets yourself. Also there are a number of thicknesses and grades of plywood available so be specific in your order
