Manager Mark B, is absolutely amazing. This tech / sales agent is bar none top shelf. His Mercedes-Benz knowledge is amazing. Vehicle management systems background killed game. This is a guy that should be the guy in charge of a shop.

Our AC stopped working and I went to buy freon. Mark, the manager approached me and asked if I had any questions. He was way helpful. He explained possible reasons my AC would be warm and gave escalating solutions and advised me to start at the simplest. I went home and it wasn't working. I returned to the store to ask a follow up question and he came out and helped me to figure it out. Cold air works again, so nice! I feel like I learned in the process and am so grateful for his help. Will definitely continue to shop here, ask and learn from him and this store again. Thank you!

Auto Zone saved my Bacon! I've shopped here for years, but they really came through when my bike broke down right out front. I had a clogged injector that I had to rig up a switch to open them and clean them, and then for good measure change the spark plugs. They let me do it all right then and there. They had motorcycle in plugs as well. What's more is they loaned me a few tools to use to help get it sorted.
