Had Ace Robbins come out for a routine maintenance. It took 2 months to get an appointment. Air worked fine until they came. Technician tells me we are completely out of Freon. They charged me for 2 pounds which did nothing and suggested I replace the unit. My husband was able to find and replace the value they broke when placing the cover back on. After filling with Freon it works fine.

5 Days with NO HEAT! 2 year old furnace purchased from A.R. They told landlord they ordered part on Friday. I bet your houses are toasty warm in this 28° weather. Not impressed at all!
