Popeyes is my favorite fast food but recently I had a bad experience with the employees I felt like I was rushed in my order and an irritant to them. I understand everyone gets tired but it's really no way to treat customers,

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Poor service and timely. Waited for 30 minutes only to have to go on and get refund. No one waiting when I arrived but then had full drive-thru after me. Still waited and everyone after me got their food. Will not be giving this place another visit. Wasted my time

I have been to the Rita Ranch Popeyes more than a dozen times since it opened and only one time was my order correct. And that one time I had to wait 20 minutes out front to get it. This recent visit, I ordered a 4 pc combo with Mashed potatoes. As you can see in the pic, there were no potatoes and the chicken was the smallest chicken pcs I have ever seen. I received 3 tiny chicken legs and I believe the other tiny part was a thigh. The biscuit (normal size) was larger than the chicken legs put together! (So much for tomorrow's lunch left overs...) I hate leaving bad reviews and I love promoting local businesses, but unless I hear that Popeyes (Rita Ranch) is doing better, I won't be back.

Went through drive thru, intercom employee told me to wait (it was a good couple of minutes and there was no cars ahead of me). I get to the window and the employee at the window was not friendly, had to wait like 10 minutes for my food, I ordered one sandwich meal and one kids meal. Get home to the disappointment of barely any food in the boxes. Both boxes had barely any fries, a really tiny chicken tender and no toy. Will never be going to this Popeyes again.
