we were supposed to be horseback riding today near Benson. unfortunately it got canceled. we looked for something to do and decided to go wine tasting. we decided on Elgin based on reviews. when we arrived, we were a little suprised at the appearance. bit what we expected. we entered the gate and discovered a nice tasting/gathering area. enjoyed the friendly server. She was knowledgeable about the wines and the spirits. she had good recommendations based on our preferences. Holiday red was a hit among our group. The Monkey wines were good as well. I tasted the whiskeys. Definitely know what they are doing in distilling. we had a great time and plan on

Great wines for tasting, very extensive choice list!! Had a great time. If you bring proof of vaccination....no mask required. Going back to try the spirits next😁

Possibly the worst ambiance of any winery. Ports Potty for toilets. Beat up card tables outside. Food was bags of faux onion rings. One person working tasting on a Saturday but could not keep up. Price was $15. The shame of it was they had a couple of decent wines. But we were so turned off, we did not buy anything. Take this place off your list. Go a few miles down the road to a real winery, Rated as 1 because 0 was not available.
