You lost a long time customer today. When the website says 27 to 46 minutes and over an hour later the pizza arrives when it stated enroute for 28 minutes. You don't get a fresh pizza. And the pepperoni twists were burnt but cold. I called, had to spell my name twice, and was told another 28 minutes as the delivery person showed up. Under new management? Too bad, BYE!

So I ordered a pizza a couple months back. It took an hour and 20 minutes or so.. no complaints here.. they sent this post card and I thought how nice. I called today to place an order and redeem this card. Phone tag for 20 minutes then they say to come in and claim it. It was a delivery you messed up!! I’m done with papa johns.

Pathetic and waste of money. I order ny style pizza and cheese bread though it was delivered as scheduled with 50 mins it was cold. See I normally tip on top of my online tip but when the bottom ain’t hot or warm to the touch I’m not tipping nothing. Last time I ever order papa johns

RAW CRUST - Ordered 2 large 'The Works' pizzas carryout and got home to find the crust of both completely raw. The toppings were piled so high the crust didn't cook at all. The box was so wet on the bottom I could easily poke my finger through it. Both pizzas were inedible and went in the trash. Called the restaurant several times during business hours with no answer. Took the time to fill out the online complaint form with no response a week later. Papa John's clearly doesn't care.
