It’s 4:26pm, they close at 5. While it has been a year since my adjustment there is nothing to change about my paperwork. The front desk girl says the doctor doesn’t want anymore patients if we have to fill out forms. There’s 2 people waiting. So I guess Working until his scheduled time isn’t for the doctor?

I have been treated by professional chiropractors there for a few years. I'm impressed with the cost and ease to be treated. Thank goodness Dr. Taylor works on Mondays because he is great at Adjustments. Thank you Dr. Taylor and Dr. Martin for the great care, I am grateful.

This place is great during the week, but I just went in today and the customer service was terrible. The woman with the painted dreadlocks and multicolored facial piercings was very rude, she didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and when I asked her how much longer- I had been waiting several already for any sort of acknowledgment- until she would be able to check me in she gave me an annoyed look and said at least ten more minutes. I walked out. As long as this customer hating receptionist is at the front desk, I will not be going back.

Tried out the first time visit for $30 and it was quite underwhelming. The receptionist poorly attempted to push for the monthly rate after I explained that I would like to see if I feel differences after my adjustment. The two stars are strictly for cleanliness and the doctors ability to adjust. The location is super clean and the doctor was able to pop my back and neck without a problem. However, this doctor raced through everything. I felt like I was talking to an auctioneer. No time for questions or concerns before, during, or after alignment. We went over my history and levels /areas of pain in under a minute and I never really caught his name. I do not plan to come back to this location.
