Knoebels is basically heaven on earth, unfortunately Cesari's is a slice of hell. Awful texture, awful flavor, designed to destroy the roof of your mouth. Only thing worse was the NRA pudding in 2019. pro tip: broccoli slice

I used to run a pizzeria with a skeleton crew. For years, I've noticed Cesari's has a tremendous amount of staff, but they are kids that don't necessarily have much hustle in there step, and from what I can tell, no supervisor keeping them inspired to move with pep. The only thing that should be affecting the wait time is the bake time for the pizzas which if done right, each oven should be popping one after another continuously. An hour wait time is inexcusable and costly to the bottom line, they're missing out on maximizing profit with this perennial lackluster performance. I know if I owned this place, things would change greatly. My last visit was in the rain, literally no line, and yet waited for a good twenty minutes with others for a couple slices, with at least ten staff behind the counter. You need to give these kids an incentive to put some pep in their step, but I get the feeling the owners are of the mindset of if it ain't broke, don't fix it. They enjoy having the pizza monopoly of the entire park with high park prices, I'm sure the profit margin is incredible. Think how even more incredible it could be if ran well oiled. I'm done with this place. Plenty of other food to eat, if I need pizza I'll order one elsewhere on my way home and pay a reasonable non-park price for delicious pizza without the incessant wait. Cesari's as of now is overpriced, mediocre pizza with complacent wait staff and little to no supervision. Moving product at maximum speed without compromising quality will be a win-win for all. Then your price points are justified.

One of my absolute must haves at the park is Cesari's pizza! Even though I know the wait is usually quite long, I gave them five stars for how amazing and hot and crispy the pizza always comes out! You will not be disappointed

Bill is correct. (And they only operate during park hours.)
