When you order pickup 45 min before hand you kind of expect it to be done when you get there, however it wasn’t even started. But, with that being said I don’t blame the employees. They only had two people working and it was pretty damn busy, seems like a management issue to me. Doubt I will be back.

I get the cost of goods is going up but yall need to chill. It felt like the prices were doubled, and the portions quartered. My $20 brisket platter with 2 sides felt more like a snack then a meal, see pictures for reference I should have zoomed to make it look like there was more. It didn't help that the 4 employee looked like they couldn't figure out their spesfic jobs and scrabled distracted instead of helping the line that we waited in for a hot minute. Atleast one should have ducked out to wipe the counter because it was sticky and quite dirty. Once we got our food most of the meat was burnt and not very good at all, mac and cheese dry. The slaw and bread was good, but 5 oz of slaw and a bread roll isn't good dinner. Plus, my partners food was just the same with an upgrade of a half gallon of greese for whatever reason, i guess that why the sides cost about a meal themselves. I would not recommend this place at all, and while I do believe in second chances I don't see any reason to here, not one thing was done well.

Had lunch here with my daughter and nephew on 04/06/22. Both my daughter and I had sandwiches. I had the burnt end brisket sandwich and my daughter had their French dip version of a sandwich. Both sandwiches had very luke warm to cold meat. The meat on my sandwich wouldn't even melt cheese. Our waffle fries were also cold and stale. My nephew's chicken nuggets were over cooked to the point of being dry and crunchy. Very disappointed to spend over $50 and nothing was appetizing enough to eat.

I ordered a large meal 2 two meat items and one 1 meat meal. Extra Mac and cheese and dessert. When I got home the Hawaiian bread was Burnt. I was missing my side order and dessert. I called and spoke with LeAnn and she was exceptionally nice and told me that they don't do refunds but I could come in and get my meals replaced. What food I did get was delicious.

You should let them know if you have an issue, they are more than happy to help you. I think the food at Dickeys BBQ is delicious I've never had a problem. The quality of their food is excellent. Give them another try, you won't be disappointed.
