No idea how the food is as we were illegally turned away because we had a service dog. They tried to say it was from the city but that again still isn't legal, ADA law regarding service dogs trumps State Laws and local ordinances 🤷‍♀️. So our stroke dog and us went to Wendy's!

Not the place for me. After so many 5-star reviews we gave it a shot. We had awful service overall, which was disappointing as many around us seemed to know the owners and had lovely service and a great time. It was odd that the server doesn’t take your order, but rather you have to wait for the older lady who writes and speak Japanese (? I’m guessing) so that she can write the ticket up. Our calamari was overdone and tasted like straight rubber. It was far from good. The miso soup was surprisingly great. Best part of the meal. I ordered teriyaki chicken and mixed tempura, and was wildly let down. The chicken was burnt to a crisp on one side, and they put that side face down so that it was hidden. All I could taste was charred meat. The tempura wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the taste of burnt chicken in my mouth. The sushi roll that we ordered was the Dragon roll. It really didn’t taste particularly fresh, and for $15 wasn’t even finished. Overall, would not recommend. Maybe we came on an off night, but it was enough for us to never return.
