The texas hospitality here a lil uuggh. If i buy fresh food from your hot cart and its crispy and hard af, fix it. Make the situation better as much as you can . Checking the food with your bare hands like im lying about it, then proceeding to touch your register??? Umm okay. Then returning it to my card which will take more then 24hrs, aint helping anything. Could care less about the $7 spent. But i do care that i can only swipe my card so many times in a 24hr period while traveling , and just happened to waste one of my last few swipes here. Not even trying to be funny but its always Pilot, never LOVES. π

We went to the Denny's at Flying J on Horizon, and the service was horrible. We placed our order and after 30 minutes we still had nothing. Our server did not even bother to get us refills. My husband finally called the server over and asked what was going on because two other tables that came in after already had their food. The kid said they were making our food and that they were missing some stuff. We decided to just leave, but called the manager over. Both the "manager" and other woman that was there said he was new and was nervous. I can understand being nervous but that is why there is a manager around to check on the tables and make sure everything is going good. They just did not care.

My husband was practically ran over by your night staff in the go cart with the attached little trailer. Your location needs to have another parking area for the pilots repair shop. Their allowing trucks to park in an area that's keeping the trucks by the wall baracaded and not able to get out. This is a PROBLEM! if you were to demand the trucks to move, or not allowed to park there we wouldn't have had this problem. Your staff needs to be retrained on how to operate a cart with an attached trailer. My husband is severely hurt and he's a trucker so this effects his work. You will be hearing from us. Truckers, watch where you park, you could be stuck for hours after your ready to leave.

Horrible experience, rude and nasty staff, if you need propane exchange or refill you will wait up to half an hour to get some help. They are in no rush to help and management seems to be oblivious to the situation. Find another place to do business.

Probably you right
Yes and they also have their coffee in both kueing pods and 1 pound bags for home brewing
Yes plenty of parking for the trucks.
Pretty safe, just use common sense. Keep your doors locked and be aware of your surroundings. The Rest Areas at about mile marker 51 (I believe) are pretty safe too - I use those (east and west) at least three times a year.
