Couldn't find assistance and the 2 things I was looking for they didn't have. Carbon paper should always be available! Diamond paintings being gone I understand with alot of ppl home and sick.

I am giving 5 star to employees and store manager. Natalie is the store manager. She is very professional and customer service oriented. We love how much she changed the atmosphere of the store and how much time she spends on the floor with customers. Jen is one of the employees who deserves five star. She works in the frame shop, very professional and talented. Both Natalie and Jen changed our perspective about Michael's. Hope corporate appreciates them as much as we appreciate what they do in Rutland.
