Not sure of her name but today one of your employees, who was working the drive thru, went the extra mile. I've been struggling and had to ask her to take some of my items off due to not having quite enough for my total. Instead of treating me like an annoyance, she chose to offer me some comforting words and worked with a manager to bring down the total. To choose kindness to another when they are down is true beauty in my eyes. Thank you ma'am, whoever you are. And please give her a raise thank you.

My crispy chicken sandwich was cold and soggy. I went to KFC first, they always make my order while I wait, but they were closed. They could learn something from them.

Was in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. I've worked in fast food and there's no situation that'd cause that...and they wouldn't let people use the rest room.

Always something wrong or missing from the order at the drive thru. Today my burger has tartar sauce? Who does that? Not at $15.23 for 2 burgers. Pay attention to what you are doing. Won't answer the phone so you can complain. Terrible. No more ordering from Wendy's. Manager finally answered the phone. Not tarter sauce but rather ranch dressing. Did someone do this as a joke? Not funny. If I return said will replace the burger.
