Used to use them. One day i had to miss a day of work because they said they would show up between 12 and 5 (All we needed was a nail clipping). So i called in a personal day and waited. No one showed up. The next day we sent them a text asking what had happened. They replied back "We didnt show up because we were unsure if there would be parking". Even though we have adequate parking and a wide enough street to double park comfortably. They couldnt be bothered to even notify us that they would be blowing us off. I missed out on a full day worth of pay so I could wait on a 5 minute clipping. What makes it even more sad is that they charged us $25 per clipping and we were even generous enough to tip on top of such an unreasonable price leading up to this discourtesy.
