Ok store, it needs more cashiers and cleaning the shelves and floors are very dirty. 3/2022 with the price increase shelves are well stocked & store appears to be a bit cleaner, still needs an extra cashier.

Well stocked, clean, & friendly cashier. I went at 11 AM on a weekday, so that’s probably why it was not so busy or disorganized.

Worst customer service and shop ever!! Will never shop at dollar store again!! They have the most absurd return or exchange policy ever!!! They said once the holiday is done they won’t even exchange for other items!! That’s how stupid this store is!! I mean even luxury brands except returns for a certain period and we are talking about exchange over here!! Stupid stuff for a dollar they sell and they can’t even do a exchange. They didn’t even write in the receipt anywhere about the policy. Not front or back!!! The only thing they wrote on the receipt is “gladly will exchange with other items with original receipt and in original box and no tags taken off” No where it’s written or explained about holiday items or anything. Apparently I’m supposed to figure it out. Worst store in the whole of America!!
