That wold not be our company, we are located in Wakefield, Massachusetts and write business in the Northern New England states. Unfortunately, we do not conduct business in Texas.
We insure several dental facilities. The monthly premium would vary depending on how several underwriting factors. However, we do not offer dental insurance for individuals, that would be handled thru a health insurance carrier.
