I've been dealing with banking professionals for 47 years, by far my experience with Brenda was the friendliest, most expedient, and I simply walked out of there with a smile on my face that changed my day. I went in to make a deposit due to atm having a long line. This was my first time having to do this as I'm a new customer. When I went in I was greeted by 2 people at the front desk. I let them know I needed to make a deposit and was told to wait in line. The bank was empty except for one customer being helped. I waited 15 mins for the teller to help due to her current transaction which is understandable. However, seeing other employees go in and out of their office and the 2 at the front laughing and not asking or checking in is a bit frustrating. Clearly, one of the two laughing was a banker because he went back to his desk so he could have helped me right away as other banks normally do. The teller was very nice and apologized for the long wait but think other team members there should've been more attentive and helped a bit.
