I took my laptop in for repairs. I was told it would be ready in 1 to 2 days. When I called to see when can I pick it up I was told a problem happened but, I would get a call. I never got the call. It's three days now and no answer. When I call I always get the answer machine. Not sure whats going on with my laptop. If they can't fix it they should say so. I just want my laptop back. I paid $60 for something they can't fix and they won't even refund my money. If you need a repair do not use them. They are a SCAM. Read all the negative feedback.

Changing my 5 star review to 1. Been coming to this store for 5 years to get screen protectors on mine and my families phones but because someone there messed up and gave me the cheaper version when I came for my last replacement I now need to pay to upgrade back to the one I originally purchased? A business that makes their mistakes the customers problem is not a good business

Needed a new screen for my S20+. They had it in stock; decided to replace the battery while there. They were done by the next day; when I was able to come back to pick it up. Easy!

Got my hard drive replaced for my ps4 pro , it took over 2 weeks to get repaired due to delays. That’s not the problem , the problem is they never once called to let me know that they were dealing with delays, I had to call because i never got any update. They didn’t charge me for it which is expected yet my issue now is they didn’t properly back up the new hard drive so now all my game data is lost!! they’re suppose to be professionals yet I felt like I was dealing with the amateur kid in your class tryn make a couple bucks off fixing your phone. Still really upset, but I can tell from other reviews the owner should get involved.
