Jacks' USED to be the best, most fair auto repair/inspection place around. People raved about it and referred others constantly. Now, it's definitely not the same. The family - especially the younger members - appear to be in it for the money only. They don't seem to be the honest, well trained, neighborhood auto mechanics. I recently needed an inspection sticker. I decided to get new tires and brakes, which led to front sway bar links, front upper control arm, front and back strut and coil spring assemblies, pretty much a new suspension I picked it up the day before going for my sticker. Guess what my car was FAILED for? Steering and suspension!!! He said my front end was loose and asked me if I had a mechanic!?!?!? Perhaps fishing for work? I say that because I brought my car to 2 garages and an alignment shop and was told there was no reason that I should have failed my inspection. If you can't trust the person who's performing an inspection on your vehicle, why would you bring it to them? I'd like to think that a person diagnosing repair problems isn't doing so in hopes of getting a job out of it. Anyway, I've spoken to a few other people who have the same issue with Jacks' as I do and you can guarantee that I won't be returning. Good Luck y'all if you do!

I got there on the second day to the last of the month at 3:00 p.m. One other car was in front of me and one in the bay being inspected. I was in and out really quick. Nice people, so glad I chose to go down to get it done there. No long lines or any problems whatsoever. I will definitely be a return customer, but next time I won't wait till the end of the month 😁
