Tracy's promptly showed up at the accident scene and patiently waited for us to clean out our vehicle (we were traveling out of state). Tyler did a great job explaining the towing process, and their hours of operation. After I returned from my weekend trip, I reached out to him to obtain pictures my insurance company was requesting, and he once again was prompt and polite in providing the information/pictures I needed.
