Had a very pleasant experience at Mom's. Rami was incredibly helpful and kind and answered any/all questions, and then some! He was even friendlier in person, and after a little under a month of my bike being in the shop, he still recognized me. Very professional. I brought my '13 Daytona here for its 12k tune-up. These were 12k track miles and hard riding, so I figured better safe than sorry. My bike came back clean, runs INCREDIBLY well, and many many broken parts, both inside and outside of the engine, were repaired. It was well worth the wait and money to have my bike serviced. It runs like it's brand new!! Timothy was my technician, though I didn't meet him, I wish to give him my regards for the professional service he provided to my bike. Very thankful for Mom's. Such a great staff and shop with a HUGE variety of bikes to choose from.

Billy was my sales guy, great all the way through. billy made my purchase easy and comfortable through the whole process. thought i wasnt going to be able to get the bike because of my permit situation, but they made it all work. experience was super smooth Richard Benoit held his word and got me the rate he told me when we first spoke. ( bank for the loan tried to up my rate day of final sale) great place to buy a vehicle!!
