This location is honestly horrible.. the handful of times I've been here the man working is very rude and is never here. He says he will return at 2.30 but doesn't return until 3.15, doesn't open the building until around 10am although the signs say 8.30 am, etc. Don't even waste your time; go to another location.

Mon - Fri 8:30am till 4pm (lunch from 11:30-12:30 lobby is open for po boxes but no clerk). Sat 8:30am - 10am.
