This hotel was awesome! The valet staff got my car out as needed and they have a great attitude about it. They let you know about any events they have as well. The front desk attendant was 10/10 she checked me in with 0 hassle and also was in great spirits. They are so welcoming. The lounge is great too it's very retro modern and includes huge vintage speakers. The bar is also on that floor and includes its own Starbucks!! The rooms are very nice and updated and we had a balcony facing the street (ask for one facing the pool if you like that). I went swimming and the pool was clean and spacious. They also have a jacuzzi. I was very impressed and found the price very reasonable for the enjoyment I experienced. Everything from restaurants to bars and other amenities are all on the major street. If you are in PALM SPRINGS please come and check this place out! ❤

This hotel absolutely does not deserve four star after their name. There are so many bad experiences that it’s best to divide them by categories. Hotel shuttle: Zoso “offers” airport shuttle, they forget to tell you that they will make you wait for 45 min (hotel is 5 min away from the airport). In our case hotel employee repeatedly assured us over the phone that someone is on the way but we still waited 45 min. His explanation was that they are really busy, but when I asked the driver about his day he answered “it’s not to bad”. So obviously the hotel staff failed to arrange the shuttle and kept miss-informing us. Check in: at Zoso check in time is at 4pm. We were at the hotel earlier and asked to be checked in. They informed us that the room is not ready (acceptable since it was before 4pm). What is not acceptable is that we got the room at 5:15 pm, only after repeatedly asking for it. Hotel staff: we interacted with 5 different front desk employees. Out of them three were just rude and unprofessional. Two of them were great. Hotel stay: we stayed at Zoso for 4 night. Not once anyone came by to clean our room even though we expressed that need repeatedly.

Very simple and yet very fancy. I would definitely come back right before summer. I would imagine the pool would be open, maybe a little bit more alive vs us coming during Christmas season. The bed was super comfy! Slept better than home, & that was huge to say. Love the city around too! Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Appreciate the customer service provided and see you soon!

Stayed here during an event weekend. On the plus side, this hotel is in an amazing location, the pool area is pretty decent, and valet parking is included in the resort fee. In the minus column, the rooms are pretty dated as is the hotel itself (wonky elevator etc). Everything is functional but not fancy, especially at ~$400 per night. The nature of Palm Springs is such that places get expensive like this due to low vacancy. I can neither highly recommend nor highly criticize this hotel. Use your discretion.
