Had a nice experience in the showroom to pick out a wedding band, however the person that handles the order pickup is extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I wanted to try it on when picking it up and they didn’t even look to make sure it fit correctly stacked with my engagement ring. I decided to take it back to be resized and the same person again was very unhelpful. They handed me the sizer for me to figure out on my own and offered no assistance beyond that.

Lots of negative reviews but my fiancé and I have had a great experience. He got my ring online without any issue and it’s had not a single problem since November and I got tons of compliments on it! We then went to the Boston location to get our bands. Customer service was great when we decided to resize a band. Quick responses and quick shipping with the free resize.

This is the first and last time I will order through Brilliant Earth. I appreciate their mission and thought it would be good to try them, but no good deed goes unpunished. I have no idea about the quality of their product because I am unable to have them deliver it to me. They work with Fedex and they impose a number of restrictions on delivery that can only be met if you deliver directly to work (and work very long hours) or are at home 24/7. 1). Delivery can be any time of the day until 8 pm. 2). They require a signature 3). They refuse to schedule a specific delivery time 4). they refuse to hold at any location where I can pick it up. The combination of these four items, plus the fact that I have a job and kids I need to pick up and take care of means I will not be getting the piece of jewelry I ordered for my 10 year anniversary. I called Brilliant Earth customer service - no sympathy or effort to help. Their only solution was to wait until Fedex returned the product and then to issue a refund. No other offer of flexibility so I could get the item. I called Fedex - no sympathy or effort to help. Buyer beware. I suggest buying from Blue Nile. I have done so many times in the past with no issues. They are more expensive, and are likely not sustainable, but who cares when you can't even get what you ordered?

Not a review of the store itself, but if the company. Original ring was sent with missing diamonds in the setting. Sent back for repairs. Terrible communication in terms of letting me know what was happening with the ring. Furthermore, took way too long (over a month) for such a simple repair. Lastly when I called to find out what was going on, I was told multiple times the “guaranteed” shipping date was in a few days or a week… but when that day would come, nothing. I would call again and they would tell me the same exact thing. Finally got frustrated and said I wanted a refund and that seemed to be the only time anyone actually took me serious. Eventually they said they would make it high priority… which apparently they did because I finally got the ring back. Overall a stressful, frustrating, and very disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Doing research now, I see similar complaints from multiple people. Be weary…

We do not have parking available on-site, but local parking is available at garages located at 199 Clarendon St. or 113 St. James Ave.

Most styles will be available to view, along with a selection of gemstones. Please let us know in advance if there is something specific you would like to see. Most showroom pieces will be displayed in 18k white gold, but we will also have some samples of our additional metal selections available.
