Called for some help on fixing my RV. Lady who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. If you are going to be the person answering the phones you should probably have experience in that. Call didn't last a minute as I knew what I specifically needed. Person acted like I was wasting her time and couldn't be bothered helping a customer and was extremely annoyed and condescending. Will not recommend or buy from them. I'll find another RV shop.

Paul and Monica are dedicated in running this business to a degree which is commendable. Customer satisfaction is their top priority, and the quality of work shows this. I had a camper vent cover damaged from a fallen branch which needed replacing. This was fixed perfectly. They also notice little things, like tires, which were filled to the correct air pressure. I have had other work done here in past years and always had great experiences. I strongly reccomend Big Daddy's as one of the best business for RV repair, parts and service.

Paul went out of his way to help me out with a bad unit that I purchased from a different company. He went above and beyond when he had no obligation or really a reason to help me out. Stand up guy, would recommend anyone to do business with Big Daddy's

Bought a trailer RV for the first time and had an electric brake assist installed by the dealer in Connecticut. Travelled to NH for its first trip only to find out that my brake assist was malfunctioning. Took it to Paul and he went out of his way to fix the problem on a weekend. Within n hour we were back to our scheduled hike. And he was very reasonable as far as service charge was concerned!!!! The entire family was so nice to us while we waited for him to fix it. Even took pictures of what went wrong with the electrical connections that was done by the dealer. This guy is outstanding in my books!
