Very happy with the service I received. This was by far the quickest & easiest vehicle buying process I’ve been through yet. Andrew Cox was great to do business with. Very understanding, I didn’t feel pressured & would definitely do business there again.

Andrew was a great salesman. I mentioned a few concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He wasn't pushy and very down to earth. He made the process any easy transition. Definitely coming back here again. I was pleased to hear about a couple other friends who had positive experiences buying from here as well. I love my new ride, it's everything I expected and more . If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A salesman who refused to give me his name decided it would be appropriate to greet me and my friend with an attitude. When I explained we had no interest in sitting and talking numbers, money is of no issue, we just wanted to see and experience the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He began to argue about pricing, as if I wasn’t aware the car I was interested in purchasing is around the $700 monthly payment range. I expressed if we weren’t going to work something out we’d be taking our business to another KIA. He responded by placing his hands on his hips like a child and mimicking my voice, then aggressively pointing to the lot and saying “well if money was of no issue let’s go then.” Absolutely disgusted my friend and I left. When I asked for his name he refused to give it saying “you don’t need it.” (Judging by previous reviews I’m assuming it’s Steve, if not then there’s multiple unprofessional salesmen at this location.) I understand we came in at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm, but we were just at two other dealerships down the street and wanted to see the final option. If this was an issue about closing times, that could have been expressed in a different way, it’s not like we rolled in at 5:50pm. We would have respected it and come back a different time. As someone willing to pay a large some of money to acquire the vehicle they enjoy driving and desire, this is certainly not the way to be treated. Needless to say this KIA will not be receiving my business. I’m sure there’s other great sales people that work here, but unfortunately we didn’t get that experience.

Wonderful service, easy to talk to salesmen, and an overall great experience. I worked with Roy to lease a new vehicle and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and care he puts into working with his customers. Usually it can be a struggle to get what you want at a dealership, with a lot of pressure and never meeting the expectations you set for what you want. I have to say it was a delightful experience. I got the type of vehicle I wanted, at the price point I wanted, with no hassle at all! 10/10 would recommend Kia of Attleboro to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
