Slade and the team at S&R are exceptional. I made a very stupid mistake and ended up in the ditch. To say it was a rare situation is an understatement. In fact, several trucks tried to pull me out but failed, because they didn’t have the incredible creativity and drive to solve the problem that Slade did. I was sure we’d never get it out of there, but he kept me calm, and went WAY ABOVE and beyond to come up with a creative solution that did not harm the vehicle. Slade is a true master of his craft, and cares deeply about helping customers get out of difficult situations. If you need help, S&R is a trustworthy company that’s going to do everything they can to help you, even if it’s “not typical” or at strange hours. Thank you Slade and team, I’d still be stranded down a dirt road outside Bayfield, CO if it wasn’t for you coming to the rescue 🙏
