Several months back looked at a 2022 EX CRV. Gave me a quote of $36k. I was floored. In addition I was told it would cost more if I financed elsewhere. My mother bought a 2022 EX-L hybrid CRV with 10 year warranty at Cardinal Honda 3 weeks later for $37k. So if I do go with another Honda, it will have to be at another dealership. I’ve lost my trust in this dealership

Our old van died so we needed to get a car. I had gone on line to look and that just made me more confused. We aren’t exactly enamored with cars so we thought we would get a used car. When I first walked into Saccucci I was met by their exuberant host Charlie, who was so excited to see me that his tail kept wagging. I felt right at home. Pat McLaughlin stepped up to show me around and let me know what they had available. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car at that time nor to buy a car that was more than I needed. After looking for a few minutes I decided that the Honda HR-V was the right car for us. I left with all the information I needed without any pressure. I spoke to a trusted mechanic and my wife and I decided to buy the car. Pat made everything easy and the next day the car was ready. Luke, their tech guy, sat in the car and explained as much as I could absorb, very patient with all my stupid questions I returned to get the title after a few days and Luke was available to answer a few more questions. I could not be more satisfied with everyone at Saccucci Honda and look forward to bringing the car in for checks, a great 5 year warranty.

We take our safety practices very seriously. Each of our employees is COVID tested every week. Masks are worn at all times and hand sanitizer is available throughout the dealership. Every person entering the dealership is asked to have their temperature taken. Before and after a vehicle is offered for a test drive it is completely sanitized. Test drives are without sales consultants. We use steering wheel covers when servicing vehicles. Additionally, we offer contactless purchasing and servicing options to our customers.
Depends on what you want done with the bumper, you would have to go in for an estimate and they will look the bumper up by VIN
Sometimes it is a courtesy.
Yes they will check your tires and if they are not inflated correctly hence you would get bad gas mileage.
