HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They take 2-3 WEEKS to deliver a shipment that only takes 3 HOURS to drive to. THEN.....when you try and contact customer service to get a delivery ETA....THEY IGNORE YOU!! They don't answer emails nor the phones and you can't get any information on a shipment. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!

For all truck drivers , I encourage drivers not to deliver loads to this company. It's the worst company I have ever seen. They made me wait on their dock from 6am to 5:45pm. I canceled my trip because of them.

DRIVERS AVOID DELIVERY HERE! people inside are rude upon check in, they drag their feet here like i have rarley seen at any dock and they waste WAY too much of your time due to unorganized space and employee management. One of the worst places i have ever unloaded in 19 years of driving. UPDATE: Dispatch called me for an update, told them we weren't finished. They called Shelba trucking and were LIED TO. They told our dispatch we were empty!! They straight up LIED TO DISPATCH Is this what you want hauling your freight??

Yes, they have regional, local and LTL runs. Awesome company to work for. They take care of their employees. Highly recommend you looking into Shelba D. Johnson trucking!
It went to more than you Linda..jeff I do work there, and have the most sympathy for you and your family right now. I do not think he is no longer driving, but i do know that this is still under investigation at this time. Prayers to you and your family Jeff.
Trucking firm, they haul furniture long distance, local and they pay great. Good company to work for with many benefits. Great people and they love what they do. You must have great work ethic, take pride in what you do, be thorough, pay special attention to customers. Your job will not only begin and end in truck, you'll wear many hats with this company and how well you handle work load will pay off. They treat employees well and then over is minimum. Good luck with becoming a SDJ team member.
