Terrible customer service i got a pizza that didnt taste good and i asked if i can exchange it but they refused to help me! i was furious.

Ordered white pizza and received crust, cheese and no sauce. When I called to report this and requested delivery to correct error, was told I would have come to pickup. This was Domino’s error. I guess customer satisfaction is not important.

Take a look how dominos takes care of their customers and feed them. bread and a little strand of meat. when we try to call and connect to them they hang up on us and tell us to figure it out. this will be going to higher compliant on the official website next. so we’ll make sure to take note of whoever was on today’s shift @ 630. The associate even refused to put the manger on then proceed to give attitude and hang up. this is the del web location. manager joe at the time.

I order pizza from Domino's all the time sometimes in very large orders and I have had some issues with the managers in this attached recording located at 8532 Del web blvd ste 116 Las Vegas Nevada 89134. I'm not saying my food is damaged on purpose but it seems like now that they have seen where I work as I have picked up my pizza in uniform at the store and at home, I am now receiving poor service, no matter how big a tip I leave. My recent transaction is why I feel the need to say something. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas and cheese bread. My order had my garlic sauce opened and somehow dumped on the pizza boxes now as you can hear in the recording I am a little upset because this is not the first time something like this has happened and so I called and was only further disrespected, by the end of the call the manager Sarah says I will have a credit next time I order. I attmpted to use said credit a couple nights ago and was refused the replacement due to the fact she the manager did not write down the credit as you can clearly hear in this recording. Now today February 22nd I attempted to redeem my credit @ 11am and even played the recorded phone call that clearly states Sarah as well as another manager Amy are going to replace my order but the employee named Jacob informed me there was no manager working at the time nor was there a credit on my account so once again I was refused my credit. Look do yourself a favor and right up the street in the smiths shopping center is a pizza hut and they have always been on point as far as not messing up the order. The next time my department places a large order " over 20 pizza's" I'm taking my business to pizza hut not to mention they offer a law enforcement discount and a military discount. Go somewhere that cares about your service. I will say they get busy at night and it's probably better to pick it up but u save a lot by doing this as well.
