I recently was approved through New Star Properties for an apartment after every other landlord didn't give me the time of day; they did!!! I worked one on one with Ranna Khoury, she was amazing to say the least! She was very thorough, professional, quick to respond and made sure it was a quick and stress free process as moving is already stressful! I’m very grateful for all she made sure got done in just a few days so my son and I could have a place to call home❤️

Unfortunately, this management company has been a disappointment to state the least. This is my first home, however I’m familiar with in other HOAs and have lived in a couple previously with management companies that were more professional, responsive and responsible. The owner of the company, Tim, is disrespectful to the community members and is unable to offer solutions in a timely manner nor accept responsibility for their contractors. Couple of things here that should not be missed if one considers hiring this management company: 1. They hate dogs. During one of the HOA meetings, New Star suggested that owner has control over where dogs may urinate which is not accurate. They stated that people should only let their dogs urinate at suggested locations… 2. They are not responsive to emails. We had a water leak and no one responded to us after numerous emails and phone calls. We have contacted them in regards to other issues such as loud music in the community from contractors and it took about three weeks and 5 or so emails to get any response. 3. Their snow removal company is selective and does not remove snow in a timely manner if at all. On the day of snow storms the contractor isn’t able to clean the roads until about 10 am and I personally need to make it to work on time. The driveways are only cleaned the day after snow storms after all freezes. If contractor doesn’t feel like scraping the ice, they will leave it untouched. I fell down after a surgery and injured myself although my vehicle was removed at the appropriate time. This wasn’t the first time our driveway was left untouched although we moved our vehicles. This is also something that happened to two other commonly members we know. The management company was notified of the issue during the previous HOA meeting and did not take any action which caused a safety hazard for my family. After notifying the owner, Tim of this issue, we were told we were lying and our vehicle was not removed because their contractor said so. However, wouldn’t one state that it is beneficial for the contractor to state the above… Unfortunately, Tim doesn’t care about the safety of the community members, does not take our opinions in the consideration, and is very arrogant considering that thsi company was hired to perform certain duties and failed to do so. Under the ByLaws, it is the responsibility of the Board/Contractors to assure that the driveway (as decided a common area) be clean and up to the standard. 4. They make fun of our HOA openly to our community. I have an email form them stating that our HOA is the most typical one there is. 5. They shut people up at meetings at 3 minutes or state it is “Board Time” after receiving comments which creates a lot of conflict between people. 6. If one companies about common area issues which would be the responsibility of their contractors, they will tell you to go get and get a house and do the work yourself that you are paying for and mange it yourself, explaining that you are not suited for a community living. However, disregarding that people may have already lived in other communities and enjoyed the ability to not take care of maintenance as it is payed for. 7. If you want anything outside of what they usually offer to other communities in terms of management duties they will state that it is a consierge charge and will be billed extra. Overall, If you are looking for a professional management company that will not expose your association assets to legal actions and disregard your community needs look further. The tone of this company is as such that one may never find in any type of professional setting.

Stephano is knowledgeable, genuine, and loves helping people. I had a great experience working with him. I was able to get a lovely apartment what had everything I wanted. He was very flexible with my schedule in planning showings and print about answering emails. He genuinely cared about helping me with any concerns and gave me great information. I would definitely recommend him and New Star properties!

Noticed new property showing now leasing on Massabesic Street in Manchester NH. Sign is actually on Porter St. Wanted to know is there a website to take a look at the new leases? Went on New Star Property website but no mention of new development.
