Convenient, professional service. Rented a pickup for local hauling. No complaints other than a preference to avoid the “upsell encouraging adding insurance coverage to rental”. Didn’t need or buy the coverage. Truck was great - will go back to Enterprise the next time we need the use of a truck for a day or two…

First off, I received a free upgrade on my rental vehicle. That was a nice surprise! It had been about ten years since I rented from them. Secondly, they have really improved their pick-up service since that time! I had vowed to never rent from Enterprise ever again. To my elation, it was fast with super friendly service!
