Please be advised if you’re a new customer don’t waste your time making an appointment. I can’t really speak on their service since the two appointments I made on there website where cancelled by two different stylist but never have I ever experienced something like this why say you're available, confirm the appointment then ask the client to reschedule. I’m fully aware life happens but when this becomes a pattern it really does show their professionalism is lacking. They have absolutely no regards for our time but the funny thing is that if I would have been the one to cancelled less than 24 hours in advance then I would have had to pay an inconvenience fee. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went there to get my hair cut and colored by Carmen and she did a amazing job. I was so impressed with her professionalism and she had great suggestions. She is a expert at hair styles, cuts and color and braiding. She's now my go to for all my hair needs. I would definitely recommend and I give her more than 5 stars. Thank you Carmen!! 😊
