My salesperson Maggie is an Angel! However this is the second vehicle I purchased used that had major brake problems and it’s very difficult to get these issues addressed. You are not offered a rental or loaner car while waiting for the repairs. It assumed that you are able to drive an unsafe vehicle that has severe brake issues that were never addressed before the vehicle was put out on the front lot. To say the least I gave It a second try and it has not been the best experience. So I went In to get vehicle serviced and had the opportunity to work directly with the service manager who apologized for the inconvenience. I’m addition they explained thoroughly how this issue could have happened and even questioned the staff on who provided the safety check for this vehicle. After speaking with the service manager my concerns were put to ease. I’m excited about my most recent purchase and look forward to coming back again to make additional purchases from Pride Hyundai. Again thanks to my salesperson Maggie who always does an amazing job to find the perfect fit.

Seamus was very empathetic and understanding to my situation and went above and beyond to find solutions if not offered many options for me to choose from. I’m giving it 4 stars because the price is Definitely more than your local mechanic but you’ll pay for quality work and customer service here. As a new driver myself it’s not easy for me to trust just any mechanic and I’m a firm believer in quality over quantity.
