First and last time going to this place. Beautiful interior must have come at the expense of quality supplies. $175.00 for my fill/pedicure and my 6 year old to get her nails painted. 5 days later, they're lifting so I go back. You get the same tech to repair and she adds glue which I could've done. Next day day one is off and others are lifting. I call and she says come before 5pm. I get there and no one is there to do the service because they all left prior to close. Horrible customer service and poor quality:(

Terrible experience pedicure experience with Yvonne. She continued to file/buff my skin at the base of my toes. She cut the skin on the bottom of my heels with the grater. My feet were sore for two weeks. Standing any length of time was difficult. If I could give a -5 or no stars I would. Nice lounge but I will not have any service by Yvonne. She had a hard time understanding basic English instructions.

I gave this place a try more than once just to be constantly let down. This last visit, however, has done it for me. I'll never go back. The nail artist was rude, the nail paint chipped off the next day, and more tip was added to my card than what I authorized it for. Got a lousy 5 second lotion-rubbing session they call a soft massage and didn't even have the means to properly dry my nails before I was literally rushed out the door. Poor business etiquette and more importantly poor people skill. What a shame.

I went to this shop to get a SOAK OFF. Clearly stated and mention several times that I wanted a soak off before and during service. The lady proceeded to yank the acrylics off of my natural nail, told her I did not want her to yank them off because it would cause damage to my natural nail she still proceeded to yank them off. She made my natural nail bleed several times and damaged my natural nails. So unprofessional. Any nail tech would know that it’s very damaging to yank/force the acrylic nail off. My nails are so damaged that it hurts when I put water on them. If I were to get an infection trust me I will sue this shop!!!
