This Stop & Shop still has the olive bar where you can pick your own olives and stuffed peppers etc and package just what you want. Now if I could just keep myself from eating it all as soon as I get home

So tired of no employees working registers! First I paid for food with someone checking it out and bagging! Now can’t find a person and you want me to pay full price but do all the work! Corporate greed is DISGUSTING! Be better than the rest and actually have open registers with people! It shows now how much this place doesn’t care about people! Worst decision ever made by Stop and Shop! If there was a half star I would give you that instead!

I'm not sure what is going on with stop & shop but 3weeks in a row I've bought cherries and oranges. They have been rotten every time. You had one job idk how hard it is to keep your fruit fresh. Even if you did get a bad batch you shouldn't be selling this, someone can seriously get sick. do better stop & shop

Very very frustrated about having to wait 20 mn for food pickup while they are supposed to deliver this service as a quick drop and go. The people at the desk are rude and visibly do not give a dam. The manager is the one to blame for poor coaching and delivery zero pro-active communication up front to the customers that are patiently waiting over 20mn in the parking lot. Stop and Shop, you need to seriously improve!!

Most employers, including stop and shop, have online applications. That's a starting point. Most employers are also looking for evidence of self starters, so once an application is filed, follow up phone calls are good, or even an on site visit and introduce yourself to show commitment. It may seem like overkill but it shows willingness to pursue a position and to show your people skills. Since even a stock clerk needs some people skills, showing those soft skills helps.
