Well, I hope to grow my affinity for this business. I need them so much. Every feature is an up charge. Dogs not spayed or neutered must pay a daily fee. No pictures or communication will happen unless something goes horribly wrong. Relax that your pet is safe. They do have events and lots of friends to play with. First reservation is deposit-free. No deposit necessary for the first overnight stay. Do not leave items that you want back if your animals eat there toys/bedding/shoes I left mats with my dogs and the team washed them but I was not satisfied with the results. The mats did not come clean as if I had washed them myself. You may leave a tip on top of your expenses for the wonderful crew that takes care of your precious family. The reason I am scoring three stars is the fees were not described to me completely and no written documents of fees were offered or shared with me as well as the website is difficult to use and does not list fees clearly. I will continue to use this service and hope it gets better, not worse as far as our experience goes.

City Bark Parker seemed all well and good on paper. I took my pup in for her “interview” which was 5 minutes with one staff member - I have no clue what it actually entailed. The staff are unprofessional and extremely young. They’re always in the office talking amongst each other and not paying attention to the phone or door. I was starting to get skeptical of sending my dog but sent her a few times. She got kennel cough on the 3rd visit - and was apparently their first reported case! This says to me that they are not cleaning adequately enough, letting sick dogs stay, and not enforcing immunization compliance. I had to prompt staff at my dog’s interview that I brought her immunization records. Then I saw a mutual post on Facebook regarding their dog sent to CB Parker. Their dog somehow escaped from CB Parker and the staff did not notice or contact his owners until he had been gone for 3 hours. They changed their story multiple times. Ultimately, after days of searching, the family discovered that their dog was deceased. From what I read, CB did not offer any assistance in finding the pup or even offer condolences to the family. After I read about that, I decided that was it. I called CB Parker and closed the account. We are attending elsewhere and are much more impressed thus far.

This is our pup’s home away from home. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for years and love it. The staff all know us and our 2 dogs by name and are always super kind and friendly. City Bark’s hours of operation allow me to successfully run my personal business with ease, considering some days require long hours. Love this place! Keep up the great work!❤️🐾

This place is amazing! I have been taking my dog here for years! The staff is so friendly and understanding! I can fully trust them with my dog and I know they will be good hands! My dog has seizures they always do so good about giving her medicine! All the staff always have a smile on there face!
