Due to covid-19 and the shortage of bikes right now, I was happy with his selection and advice. He shipped the bike from NH to Fl and I received the bike in 5 days counting a w/e....

Fantastic local bike shop with a dedicated owner. I came here on vacation with some big rides planned, when my rear derailleur failed. Eric fixed it on an emergency basis to get me back riding in within a day. He is clearly super passionate about biking and an expert technician. He also took time out from his day to recommend some local routes to me.

I went in with a flat tire and Eric was fantastic. He dropped what he was doing and spent the next 30+ minutes fixing tire and tuning up my sons mountain bike . We had a great day after that at a place he recommended. Thanks for making our day/vacation that much better!!!

Chainline Cycles is a small owner operated business. The owner Eric is a great guy who stands behind his work with a no BS attitude and is working hard for a living. The owner at a much larger bike shop that is five minutes away from where I work referred me to him when I wanted a custom bike built. Big mistake for him, I never went back. lol. Eric has repeatedly earned my business. I first went to him 3 or 4 years ago and had him build my dream bike. He truly knows how to build and set up a bike with attention to detail and he also custom tailors it to the client. He will ask you questions about every type of custom setting (like bar width and height) and if you do not know about the info he needs he will take the time to educate you. Since I am a mechanically minded perfectionist who knows nothing about bike building It took Eric at least 3 hours to get all the information he needed to build my bike. And that was just my first visit. He did this with enthusiasm and treated me like I was his best friend. Never once did I get the idea that he was annoyed with my need for his time.Through the years has spend countless hours with me to address any issue I have ever had and never charged me to fix any warranty issues. And there were more than one even though we used top quality components. He is just over an hour round trip from where I live but so worth the drive that I often have spent more money on gas than he has charged me for repairs. If you think saving a buck or two buying your stuff online you might consider this.....when something goes wrong (who you gonna call?) Eric has very good prices and for a few dollars more you have a local guy to take care of you. He even took a call from me once while I was on the trail to help me get rolling again. So if you are looking for VIP service at an affordable price go see Eric. Why the long review? Eric has earned it the old fashion way with hard work and devotion to the trade! Thank you Eric.
