Food is good, but service is horrible right now. I used to be a regular, but have driven away from the drive-thru menu without ordering the last four times I've tried to get food here. I left because after sitting for multiple minutes, my presence had not even been acknowledged. Complete silence from their end. There was only one car ahead of me sitting at the window when I tried again this morning. I get that everyone is short-handed right now, but it seems strange to me that with only one other car there they can't even say hello and ask me to give them a minute. Will likely not be going again for quite some time, and will discourage friends and family from going as well.

I have learned with sonic that I stick with their side items such as tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and their shakes. I am recently on a kick of their ice cream with Reese’s peanut butter cup and snickers. So good Yum Yum Yum

I went through the drive through tonight and I wasnt upset that they had me wait over 5 min to start to place my order with 1 car ahead and no one behind me. I wasnt upset when I kept having to repeat my combo sizes (2 combos) or that I was handed the wrong size drink after telling them 3 times for a large but when I get home after all of it and my "tater tots" look more like mashed potatoes (not even 1 was still intact) I'm pretty irritated.
