I've always had good experiences at firehouse. The staff is always friendly. They are always quick. My favorite is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. It's very good

Man these are just some tasty sandwiches. The cheese and ham on whatever sandwich this was, was great. Super melty and warms the soul. Enjoyed this much more than I thought I would.

I've never had an issue doing this. You may ask the person at the register for help. Based on my experience they should at least be able to see how many points you have and stuff.
